Dear guest, it has been some years that we thought of building a sea Shell and it came out to be the greatest adventure in construction we had until now. With all its round and dome like shapes, it is probably the first time that we crossed the line from architecture into sculpture.
There is no straight walls or level floors anymore, all furniture such as beds, shelves, tables… are incorporated and became part of the building. This house almost feels alive and has a lot of character and charm to it.
On the first level you will find a spacious kitchen, a round nuptial bed and the private bath. On the second level you have another nuptial bed, plus a single bed, a small living area and a fireplace.
The sea shell is build on the lower grounds of Las Olas, but different from suite 7, has less view of the lake and it does not have an inside hammock. There are 2 gardens that surround it which are more spacious than the gardens of the other suites, were you will find hammocks and deckchairs.
Because of the rustic steps made from natural stone leading up to reception, we don’t recommend this suite for people with knee problems or guests that suffer from altitude sickness.
